Rent subsidy
We will promote new establishments and subsidize part of the rent for using vacant stores in Nakatosa Town.

● New founders of individuals and groups with addresses or locations in the town
※ You cannot receive the vacant store repair support business and the vacant store management support business at the same time.
Support
● Of the rent or land rental fee required to utilize vacant stores, the upper limit is 30,000 yen / month.
※ 1/2 for the first 12 months and 1/3 for the next 24 months
